Refund and Returns Policy

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the overall agreement between the customer (“You”) and the company (“Us”). They are applicable to direct sales made by Us to You, excluding sales by third parties. The terms cover various modes of purchase, including online platforms, social media, WhatsApp, and in-store transactions.

Exchange, Return, and Refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in the form of store credit only.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days, depending on whether the product has been delivered.
  • Goods can be exchanged or returned for store credit with the original invoice, subject to terms and conditions.
  • Exchange requests, including size changes, are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Restocking fee of 15% of the MRP is applicable for refunds or exchanges.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Standard sizing variations between brands are not accepted as grounds for return.
  • Products must be unworn, with tags attached, for exchange or return.

Specific Product Conditions

  • Belts, packaging, and certain products labeled as non-returnable are excluded.
  • Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces to be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Briefs, swimwear, accessories, and non-returnable or non-refundable products are specified.
  • No refunds for discounted orders, and faulty items are replaced with the same product if available.

Other Conditions

  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges for return/exchange are borne by You.
  • Bulk orders (more than five products) are non-returnable.
  • Discounted products or orders with loyalty points cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations are not accepted once orders are processed.
  • Cancellation requests within 24 hours may be considered, and store credit is provided.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days for eligible cancellations.
  • No cash refunds are provided; cancellation after 24 hours is not allowed.
  • Customers can initiate cancellations, returns, or exchanges by contacting support@invogue.com.
  • Damages during transit are not the company’s liability.

These terms are subject to the company’s discretion, and You agree not to dispute decisions made by Us. The outlined timelines and conditions must be adhered to for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
